  • Mix all of the ingredients in a medium bowl until meat is well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight if possible
  • Thread meat on skewers and cook on bbq (gas, electric or charcoal will work fine) for about 1-2 mins on each side or until cooked to your liking
  • Sprinkle with spices (optional)
