  • Combine almond meal, coconut, salt and protein powder into bowl
  • Add vanilla, maple and coconut oil then mix through with your hands until the mix comes together. Add a little water if needed to help them combine
  • Roll into small balls and set aside
  • Combine coconut oil, maple syrup, tahini and cacao powder so that it forms a smooth chocolatey emulsion
  • Dip lamingtons into the dipping sauce then roll into coconut
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set then enjoy
