Sean Murray plays Timothy McGee, a naive Special Agent for the NCIS team. He has tremendous respect for Special Agent Gibbs. He is an intelligent agent with a specific talent for computers, but awkwardness in social situations. Known to DiNozzo as "Probie" or "McGeek", McGee moonlights as a crime novelist with a cult following.

Sean Murray Sean Murray's television credits include a starring role in the series "The Random Years" and a supporting role in "Harts of the West," on CBS. He has made guest appearances on numerous shows including "JAG," on the Network, "Boston Public" and "ER."

In addition, Murray has appeared in several feature films, including "Hocus Pocus," "This Boy's Life," and starred in Todd Field's "Too Romantic."

Born in Maryland, Murray lives in Encino, California.
